Refund and exchange policy
Animania offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all food. In the event that the animal refuses a new diet, Animania will exchange or refund the purchase price of non-expired bags if its content is more than half full no later than 30 days after purchase date. In the case of canned food, only the cans that have not been opened can be exchanged or refunded. The initial invoice must be presented along with the credit or debit slip when applicable. No refund or exchange will be honored on opened bags in the case of a pet’s death.
Animania will exchange or refund any product in its original state and packaging when presented with the initial invoice along the credit or debit card slip when applicable no later than 30 days after purchase date.
No refund or exchange will be offered on boots or treats.
If the refund amount exceeds $50 and the initial payment was made with cash, a cheque will be issued and mailed to the client.
